Cooking Oops

So i love Chicken Parmagiana...And i have made it before and it turned out AMAZING. This time.... not so much. The first time i had used fresh roma tomatoes from our garden, this time i used canned crushed tomatoes. I have had to add salt and sugar because it turned out a little bitter.

I am making it in the crockpot so hopefully the slow cooking will enhance the flavour. I love to cook, and i suppose with experimenting comes times when it doesn't turn out like you predict.

This is just my first blog.. so it may not be too long or too interesting haha. But oh well!
